Content Management Sales Professional

Our client, a leading international firm providing document management solutions for Fortune 500 companies is looking for a Content Management Sales Professional.  They are looking for a proactive, customer oriented individual who feels comfortable working with corporate clients and the internal sales group.  You will be an integral member of the sales team, providing pre-sales marketing and post sales training support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing client’s document management needs
  • Work with sales team to develop client solutions
  • Assist in pre-sales training activities
  • Work with sales team to secure the client order
  • Offer training and technical support to subscribers
  • Monitor, analyze and promote usage and usage development for key accounts.
  • Communicate product enhancements, changes and key developments to end users, as well as sales team  

 

 

Requirements:

 

·         5-7 years experience working with Records or Documents

·         Thorough knowledge of Documentum

·         Knowledge of FileNet and Sharepoint a plus

·         Excellent communication skills
